Lord Nityananda assisted Sri Chaitanya Mahaprabhu by spreading the holy names of the Lord. \nNityananda Trayodashi marks the appearance of Lord Nityananda. Devotees worship Nityananda Prabhu as the original guru Who teaches us how to approach Lord Chaitanya.
