Dhruv Khanna is the owner of Kirigin Cellars (Winery, reception facility, sports fields etc). He has a law degree from Stanford Law School, 1986, and a qualified telecommunications attorney. He was the Co-Founder of Covad Communications and is currently the board of director of the Santa Clara County Farm Bureau. He has rich experience of dealing with County for use permits.
